This 20 century seated Guanyin cradling a bottle vase with her right hand and the left hand with extended fingers gracefully hovering over the bottle''s top does not stray far from the 18 century prototype. The hair is arranged in a chignon on top of her head and the white robe drapes in a flowing pattern over the feet in the lotus position. The late dating of this Guanyin figure is the based on the closed bottom.
