VERY Rare. The Logo and style are characteristic of the 50’s-60’s. The floral is delicate as is the pen, although the ink is not operational. The pad of paper is original. I believe it is coated leather but I am not completely sure. The value primarily lies in the insignia and the time period in which it was made. Perfect gift for an IBM exec or a collector of unusual vintage accessories.
