Antique Small Clock by Waterbury Clock Co. Brass color. Rare. Pattened in 5/6/1890, 12/23/1890,1/13/1891, and 5/28/1894. It works sometimes, it just starts to tik for a few minutes, with a smaller second hand on the bottom, moves as well. Could be fixed, if someone likes to do this sort of thing. Nice piece, Roman Numerals.
