For sale is a pair of Japanese Nintendo 3DS consoles. I bought these from two different sellers here for a project that I never got around to working on. I have not tested or worked with these, but they do not power on, and the one with the grey joystick flashes a red LED when the power is pressed, and the other unit attempts to power on before making a light popping noise from the speakers and shutting off.
These are from Japan, meaning that they will need to have custom firmware (CFW) installed to read in english. This process is fairly straightforward and can be searched online to get detailed instructions.
I have no idea what is wrong with these, as I simply haven''t had the time to dive into them, which is why I''m giving up and selling them together so someone else can hopefully have a project as well.
