Very Unique table lamp brass with Phenix sits on a wood base. Has original cord and a mercury bulb in it this was the way I found it. I did not test it so I do not know the working condition but I am assuming it does because it had a bulb in it. Probably needs to be rewired just to be on the safe side. Measurements are inn.
