This hard to find game is new and fully sealed, it doesn''t have any stickers or tears that I can see. Please note that this is an official refurbished game by Nintendo and they do not include a booklet inside. I believe there is some kind of paperwork item where the booklet normally is. You don''t see this very often, especially factory sealed. I bought this directly from Nintendo many years ago.
