Very good vintage condition. From what I can tell he is missing his red felt tongue (not noticeable unless you look hard or know) also could be replaced fairly easily. Has two chime bells, one in each ear. Tag is in good condition and has his tail! (I have not seen any others with their tails in tact) it does look like it may have been stretched out, see pic 5.
