Four beautiful white porcelain squared Blue & Gold painted “Tags” Attached above each 4 curly-cue metal hooks for keys-Or Jewelry!
Probably a semi-custom item at the time
This is what a Head Butler or other chief domestic servant in a Great Household / Estate like Newport or Downton Abbey, would use to keep keys “safe” from lower servants to guard valuables cabinets or pantries, which would be filled w/ the Sir & Madams’ silver, porcelains, linens, wines, bourbons & other valuable temptations!

Other than cleaning, it is exactly as found
