Swivels and moves around great, full 360 free moving motion, love that feature with these miele vacuums.
It is scuffed up - I will try to remove more of them with a cleaning - it is obviously used but these are fantastic and hard to come by.
Has all 3 of the attachments in the hood, I added a temporary bag for testing but you’ll need bags anyways.
