2005 Donruss Playoff LP. "SUNDAY SIGNATURES". Tarkenton was truly the pioneer of a "scrambling" quarterback. He was far and away the best of his time at extending plays and picking up first downs with his feet. And he was TOUGH. He played through injuries routinely. And football was a lot more savage back then. A long, illustrious career, with the Vikings and the Giants, put Tarkenton in the HOF first ballot. This gorgeous refractor is a great investment. Only 99 in the world. PLUS, A Panini Illusions jersey patch card that also features Kellen Mond. Tough to say if Mond will ever get a shot at starting somewhere. But Tarkenton is a legend. Really nice 2 card lot.
