This is a listing for a used RetroTINK-branded video transcoder: the RGB2COMP. This device simply takes an RGB signal from the SCART input and transcodes it to output the same signal via YPbPr (component). It is not a line doubler or scanline generator or anything beyond just transcoding from RGB SCART to component cables. What goes in is what comes out.
