This gorgeous and ornate piece was made a long long time ago. Circa 1950s. As you can tell, it’s as good as new! Hang either way, but the wire is set up to hang horizontally. You can move it or do what you will. Gorgeous over a Victorian vanity, a midcentury modern dresser or even can complement more of a bohemian decor. Very versatile piece! Well made, sturdy.
