This item is new and sealed in its original packaging. There is some damage to the outside of the packaging due to shelf wear. Mainly some light scratches and scuff marks on the plastic of the box. It also appears as if the elastic holding her brush inside the box has deteriorated and the brush is now free floating within the sealed box. Cloe is a girl with a passion for fashion!
